Matthew ConnorBSc (Hons) MRICS

Matthew joined Chancerygate in 2021 as a Development Director, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in the industrial development and funding market. Prior to joining Chancerygate, Matthew held the position of Development Director at Hampton Brook sourcing development opportunities in the Midlands, and before that, he was a Director and Head of Development Management at JLL London.

Based in London, Matthew oversees the sourcing, appraisal and delivery of development and investment opportunities across London, the South and the Midlands.

Matthew holds a BSc in Land Management from Reading University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

His downtime is spent watching or playing most sports – especially cricket and squash – and enjoying family time in the countryside – which acts as a balancing yin to his eating and drinking yang.
