Matthew YoungBA (Hons) MSC MRICS

Matthew joined Chancerygate in September 2019 as a Development Manager, bringing with him over eight years’ experience in development within the commercial property  sector.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Matthew worked within the Southern Development Team at Kier Property for over five years where he was responsible for sourcing and delivering development schemes in the South East. During this time he progressed from the role of Graduate Development Surveyor to Development Manager.

Matthew is based in Chancerygate’s London office where he is responsible for sourcing, appraising and delivering industrial development schemes in the south.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys football, cricket and Formula One.
