Paul StayteBSc (Hons), MRICS

Paul joined Chancerygate as a Project Manager in 2022. He qualified as a chartered building surveyor in 2007 following his graduation in 2002 from Nottingham Trent University where he attained his honours degree in building surveying. Prior to joining Chancerygate, Paul was an Associate Director within the project management team at Gardiner & Theobald.

Paul is based in Chancerygate’s Bristol office where he is involved with all aspects associated with the project management of Chancerygate’s industrial developments in the South West region. This includes undertaking viability assessments and due diligence of prospective sites, through to the procurement and delivery of construction contracts.

Outside of work, Paul still plays a little football and enjoys the great outdoors.
