Rob joined Chancerygate in November 2021 as a development manager.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Rob was an associate director at Avison Young in the industrial and logistics team covering the Greater Midlands market. Rob holds a BSc in real estate at Birmingham City University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,

Outside of work, he’s a happily retired rugby player, but still enjoys watching Leicester Tigers and England when possible. Downtime includes spending time with his wife and daughter, and annual holidays to Cornwall and Portugal whilst trying to keep as fit and active as possible.
