Sebastião joined Chancerygate in September 2024 as a Development Director to lead its expansion in Portugal, playing a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and driving projects forward, ensuring that the company’s vision for growth in Portugal is realised.

Prior to joining Chancerygate, Sebastião held a position as Senior Consultant within the Capital Market’s team of Cushman & Wakefield, where he successfully led diverse investment projects. Sebastião holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Técnico Lisboa and two post-graduations degrees, one in General Management from Católica University and another in Real Estate Management from ISEG.
