Simon Cowley

Simon joined Chancerygate in 2023 as Head of Investment and Asset Management. He has over 20 years’ experience in real estate fund management, investment and structured finance throughout the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to Chancerygate, Simon worked for M7 Investment Group as a Divisional Director in Investment Management, where he was in charge of all UK and European fund strategy and performance. Specifically, he focused on the industrial and logistics sector and was directly involved in over €750m of transactions across the UK and Europe.

Based in Chancerygate’s London office, Simon is responsible for deal origination, joint venture partnerships and driving the performance and strategy of Chancerygate funds, balance sheet assets and third-party mandates.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys golf, skiing and adventure sports.
