Stuart McGillBSc (Hons) MRICS

Stuart joined Chancerygate in July 2021 as an Asset Manager in the company’s North West office. Prior to joining, Stuart was a Director at Cowiesburn Asset Management, heading up their Manchester office. He is a Chartered Surveyor having qualified in 2009, following his graduation in 2006 from Liverpool John Moores University where he attained his Honours Degree in Real Estate Management and Business.

Stuart is responsible for the Asset Management of the Northern properties in Chancerygate’s industrial portfolio, both its balance sheet and third-party asset management mandates.

Outside of work Stuart can normally be found on a bike, running or in the gym.
