Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use and any contractual or non-contractual dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by English law and You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction save that if you are a consumer and you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you are a consumer living in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
