Chancerygate announces 15 promotions as UK and European expansion continues

Chancerygate has announced 15 promotions to further enable its UK and European growth plans.

These have been made across the business’s development, investment management, project management and finance teams.

Five of the promotions are within Chancerygate’s project management specialism. Dan Powers and Ian Johnson have both been promoted to senior project management director. In addition, Chris Thrippleton, Darren Jeal and Joe Johnson have all been promoted to the position of project management director.

In the development team, Carmelle Textor has been promoted to planning director while Chris Brown and Matthew Connor are promoted to senior development directors. Olivia Ashby has been appointed as junior leasing and development manager.

Within the company’s finance team, Aggy Bak becomes head of finance and Shreeya Panchal assumes the role of head of financial planning and analysis. Phillippa Twohig-Howell is promoted to senior development analyst while Fergus Frank is appointed corporate finance manager.

Within Chancerygate’s investment team, Luke Hughes and Luke van Gog are now investment manager and portfolio manager respectively.
