As the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial property development and asset management company, Chancerygate is always on the lookout for new opportunities across a wide range of sectors.

We build our multi-unit industrial schemes speculatively. We do this because we are confident of strong demand for Chancerygate developments due to the strategic locations we secure, the excellent standard of our product and the high level of service we provide.

Chancerygate and JR Capital MLI Fund

In partnership with JR Capital, our first fund of £100m is now fully invested.

The second fund is now set up and has £60m available to acquire multi-let industrial estates throughout the UK.

Location: Strategic locations across the UK

Lot size: £5-£15m

Yields: Net Initial Yield of 6.5%+

Sector: Industrial (or alternate uses capable of being redeveloped into industrial).

Size: <20 acres

Lot size: £1m-£50m (with portfolios considered)
