Joe joined Chancerygate as a project manager in September 2021.
Based in the Warrington office, Joe is responsible for all aspects associated with the project management of Chancerygate’s industrial developments in the northern regions. Working closely with our development managers and asset managers, Joe provides advice on all technical and construction matters. This includes appraising the viability of new sites, through to the to design, planning, procurement, and delivery of construction contracts.
Prior to joining Chancerygate Joe worked at Lambert Smith Hampton where he was an associate director in the Manchester building consultancy team. Here he specialised in project management, development monitoring and due diligence services for national and regional clients across a number of industry sectors.
Joe is a chartered building surveyor and graduated from Salford University in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in building surveying.
